Driver Age
The minimum driver’s age is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 85 years.
A young driver surcharge of EUR 10 per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 120 will apply for driver’s age from 21 years to 24 years.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 3 months with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver apart from EU Driver's license holder.
EU Driver's permit is also accepted and doesn't required International driver license.
Each Additional Driver must meet the driving license criteria.
The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pick up: ID card, Valid Driver's license and Credit card.
Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount with limited damage excess liability on the customer.
The excess amount for CDW depends on the vehicle groups:
The maximum damage excess amount is from 900 Euro to 2000 Euro depending on the vehicle.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The excess amount for THW depends on the vehicle groups:
The maximum excess amount is from 900 Euro to 2000 Euro.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount.
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages.
Public Liability Insurance
It is included in your rental amount.
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Public Liability Insurance with a limited cover of EUR 105000 for any damage to public or government property, i.e damaging sign boards etc.
Please note: 1. The Event of an Accident: In every case please inform branch straight away. Call 112 if it’s collision or emergency. Take photos from accident place of the damage and anything that could be useful in a claim.
2. The coverage does not cover damage to windows, tyres, the roof, underside & interior of the vehicle, towing charges or damage caused negligently, willfully or recklessly as well as key, car documents, manual, lighter, wiper blade, cargo cover, tool kit, or registration plates or any parts stolen / missing for the interior and exterior.
3. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driving license at the time of the event giving rise to claim.
4. All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel is not included. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. Driving on unpaved or unauthorized roads will result in your insurance coverage will be terminated automatically.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.
The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which are as follows:
EUR 12 per day - For mini and economy vehicle groups.
EUR 15 per day - For compact vehicle groups.
EUR 18 per day - For intermediate vehicle groups.
EUR 22 per day - For standard vehicle groups.
EUR 24 per day - For full size and special vehicle groups.
If the renter opts for SCDW, a refundable deposit of EUR 150 to 500 will be blocked on the credit card.
The coverage does not cover damage to windows, tyres, the roof, underside & interior of the vehicle, towing charges or damage caused negligently, willfully or recklessly as well as key, car documents, manual, lighter, wiper blade, cargo cover, tool kit, or registration plates or any parts stolen / missing for the interior and exterior.

Fees
Airport surcharge is included in the rental amount.
Other fees:
1. An admin fee of EUR 20 plus the fine amount is charged to cover the costs of processing parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences and any other administration work required.
2. No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of EUR 150.00 will be chargeable.
3. Smoking is not allowed in the rental vehicle. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of EUR 150 will be chargeable.
4. A charge of EUR 70 plus an administration fee is charged for loosing car documents.
Winter Tires
For rentals from 1st November 2023 to 31st March 2024, winter tires are included in the rental amount.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is included for all rentals. If breakdown assistance is required due to customer fault, he/she is responsible for all damages cost.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, missing fuel will be charged at its cost value plus a refueling fee of EUR 70 on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policy change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.
Mileage Policy

Cross border Travel
Cross border travel is allowed to the following countries:
Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Kosovo for an additional charge based on rental days.
1-7 days 50 Euro
7-14 days 80 Euro
14-28 days 100 Euro
Additionally, it is mandatory to purchase SCDW insurance and Green Card Insurance from the counter, pricing varies from 12 EUR to 35 EUR per day for SCDW depending on the vehicle category plus 40 EUR for Green Card Insurance.
When travel is permitted outside the renting country it is the responsibility of the renter to make sure their vehicle complies with the local laws of the country in which you are travelling, this includes but is not limited to safety equipment, cross border documents, toll stickers, etc.
Taking the rental vehicle on a Ferry is not allowed.
Note: It is not allowed travelling to Bulgaria and Serbia.
Local Taxes
Local tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, local tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Only Master Card and Visa credit cards are accepted and must be in the main renter's name while paying at the rental desk.
Cash, pre-paid cards and Debit Card are not accepted.
Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 900 to EUR 2000 (depending on the vehicle group) is held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned and if purchased SCDW it can be reduced to (EUR 400 TO EUR 1000)
Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection service inside the Tirana city is available free of charge.
From Tirana airport to Tirana city, an additional charge of EUR 25 will apply.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available for a charge varying from EUR 25 to EUR 35 depending on the time of vehicle pick up and drop off.
If a vehicle is returned early we do not refund for any unused rental days.
Flight Delay Policy
If flight number is provided, supplier will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customer is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, supplier will keep the car for them until midday the next day.
If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hours after their booking collection time.
Grace Period
for vehicle pick up:
1 hour grace period is free of charge. After the grace period vehicle will be provided if available. Otherwise bookings will be cancelled.
for vehicle return:
Grace period of 90 minutes is allowed from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipments depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
